Avocado “Fries”

Ingredients:

  • Avocadoes
  • Almond Milk (optional)
  • Whole wheat, no-oil Panko Bread Crumbs*

*Ian’s has oil-free whole wheat Panko Bread Crumbs.

*Whole Food’s store brand, 365, has oil-free Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs

Directions:

Peel and slice avocado (fry-like thickness)

Dip into Almond Milk (if using) and Panko Bread crumbs

Place on cookie sheet

Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-22 minutes.

Salt and Pepper to taste
