Buffalo Cauliflower

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Dr. Fuhrman’s MatoZest or other no0salt seasoning blend, adjusted to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine flour, nutritional yeast and seasonings in a bowl. Using a whisk, add water gradually.  Stir in mustard.  Mixture should resemble a thick batter.

Toss cauliflower florets with the coating.  Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until coating is dry and cauliflower is
