Pasta with Pumpkin Sauce
Ingredients:
- 16 Ounces Whole Wheat Pasta
- 24 Ounces Tofu silken, lite, firm
- 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tablespoon Reduced Sodium Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1Tablespoon Mustard
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Blend the remaining ingredients until creamy and smooth.
- Pour over cooked past
