Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings”

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (or gluten-free whole grain flour)
  • 4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 heads of cauliflower, chopped into pieces
  • 2 cups mild buffalo sauce, BBQ or other sauce

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Combine the water, flour, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir until well combined.

Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place on a non stick cookie sheet or use parchment paper.

Bake for 18 minutes.

While the cauliflower is baking, get sauce ready.

Pour the sauce over the baked cauliflower and continue baking for an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
