Grape-Nuts Pie Crust

From: The New McDougall Cookbook

Makes one 10 inch pie crust

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of Grape-Nuts, crushed

1/3 cup of water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pat into a 10 inch pie plate.

Note: To crush Grape-Nuts, either place in a blender and process briefly until crushed or place in a plastic bag and gently crush with a rolling pin.
