Sriracha Honey Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. fresh Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons of raw peanut butter, mixed with two tablespoons of water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup pure honey
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Place a rimmed baking sheet in the oven, preheat to 450 degrees F.
  2. Add salt to peanut butter mixture.  Toss Brussel sprouts in the peanut butter mixture
  3. Spread on baking sheet.  Roast until browned and tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk honey, sriracha sauce and lime juice in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle Brussel sprouts with the honey mixture and stir to coat and roast 5 more minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
